Hi there.

What is the best virtualization software for older operating systems?

I currently use VMWare to run all my older OS's, but it's really not great for the likes of Windows 3.11, I forever get General Protection Faults and unable to install most software, plus it's impossible to connect it to the net.

I used to run Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and everything ran on that perfectly, graphics, network, sound, for every OS. But they've discontinued that in favor of their newer one (Hyper V) and it no longer runs. I did try Hyper V once but ran into problems with it, but it was a while back I can't remember.

I'm not really bothered about it running newer OS's it's just purely for older.

Nevermind, check it out, lol:

I use VMWare Workstation for running VM's and its run really good. I've used VirtualBox and I didn't really like it.
