Default best version of linux?

hey i am wondering what your opinions are for versions of linux. i personally have only used red hat so i wanted to look into other forms of linux. if you could post your opinions that would be great. thx

It realy depends of its use. Tyr some BSD and unix aswell mate. Dont just stick to linux

Me myself would have to recomend suse. Its great, i love linux. kind of realy hate windows, but who cares. Bill gates is gay.

Well onmy pc im running tons of linux distro's and prefer it all to windows. Its secure, easy and trustable! I love linux.

anybody help me I am user of windows
but have a desire to use linux ...but
here isn't any way...to get it......
i means here isn't any cd shop....
but i know linux is free downloadable
but it will have more time that i spent
on net....also don't know how to use...?
if anybody have linux tutorials ... with images
that how to install linux please send at

if you live in the UK i can burn mandrake or fedora for you onto 3 for like 6 delivered.

i think they all need serious work. I have used mandrake, fedora, and SuSE and i have yet to see something that would make me want to change..
