Autotune error on setup? pls help!!!

hi guy's =D

so i am trying to install antares autotune vst v5.09 and every time i try it it comes up with this error message that at first says Error "Access is denied."

Then when I click OK it comes up with another message which says Error "Access violation at address 004613B2 in module 'setup.exe.tmp.' Read of address 00000358"

Any idea's on what would fix this?

Looks like you Don't have permission. If you're using Vista, try running it as administrator (Right click file, select Run as administrator).

I have XP and i am admin! Ahh what gives!?!? Any way to work around it?
