Ok so I'm attempting to install dreamweaver CS3 on my work PC.
When I got through the setup it advised me and said I needed to shut down internet explorer
Internet explorer isn't open, so I went into processes and tried to kill it then. I was told I couldn't
I tried killing other processes in the hops that something was connected to internet explorer keeping it open, no go.
I'm at my wits end.
I think it has something to do with the security software on my work PC using internet explorer, however I am not allowed to shut that software down. Any suggestions for a work around?
I'd be willing to try another editor too that is similiar to dreamweaver. I tried komposer but all it did was fuck up my code. I saved a file with komposer and it completely jacked up the layout (due to the fact that it was a .php file)
