Default Attaching an image signature to an e mail

hi guys,

My director wants to attach the company's logo to its email (not as an attachment)but as a signature at the end of an email message. I did some research and it said about uploading a url image to a web server and referencing it back to the message when compose. There must be an easier way to do this?

There really isn't. The image has to be hosted somewhere in order to be viewed on another machine. You can either host it on a web server that is publicly accessible, or attach it in the email. Also, if you attach it in the email, some clients won't automatically download and display it.

EDIT: If it makes it any easier, you could always use an image hosting site such as imgur or imageshack to host the picture.
