I have the latest version of AVG free, I'd recommend it to anyone, free d/load, [boxed discs here, cost 26-30] auto updates nearly every day, brilliant!! I also have Adaware, & a Google pop-up blocker which, at present is showing 534 blocked.

I had pc-cillin, but repair guru said it conflicted with my AV, he was right, it runs a lot better now.

How does this compare with other members, remembering that I don't do many d/loads, none of which are music, mine is a very simple system, only one HD etc.
I know how to delete temporary files, would this make a substantial difference if I did this?

Although it does take a while to do it, atleast 30 minutes (around there)
So its probably normal
