Unhappy Amazing spider man game only using onboard graphics instead of discrete:(

I have amd 7640+7670 dual graphics and 4 gb ram. I just installed this amazing spider man game and I'm getting 10 fps even at very low settings. So i set the game.exe to high performance in switchable graphics and i still get 10 fps. If i set the executable file to power saving that is onboard graphics the scenario is exactly the same. So i guess the games is using onbard graphics overriding the settings in ccc. I googled and found that many other with switchable graphics even intel+nvidia are suffering from same. Is there any working solution to this????

does it happen to other games?
i am also curious about what you mean with amd 7640 + 7670.
do you have 2 different GPU's in it? well.. counting the onboard Intel that makes it 3 different GPU's.
