Default Aero on Win7

At my workplace we are running Windows XP mostly, but as part of a trial we have some folk running Windows 7.

Just recently when imaging windows 7 the Aero seems to have disappeared, for example:

As opposed to this:

I have tried a few things such as reinstalling graphics driver in case this was stopping it from happening, but no luck. Any idea how I can get Aero working?

All enabled. I was searching through Group Policy and found this for our root folder out accounts go into.

"Force a specific visual style file or force Windows Classic" set to "Enabled".

It says that the policy is Supported On At least Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003 family. Does this it shouldn't or still would affect the computer aero?

Right click on the desktop and select personalize. Select an aero theme.
