Default 680i p33 bios upgrade

I was having overclocking issues with my evga 680i mobo and I heard that the problem was in the bios. I flashed the newest p33 bios and now I can't soft boot any more. Every time I restart I have to manually turn off and turn on the computer again. Has anyone had this problem before? Is it the bios or could it be something else? Thanks in advance.
