Hi,
I have recently purchased a new 4G Telstra Sierra Wireless Dongle and installed onto my laptop. However, each time I shut down and reboot, the laptop is unable to detect the dongle. So I need to uninstall then re-install the device manager before the device can be recognized.
I have also installed this on my desktop and haven't had the issue occur.
I have tried using the different USB slots on the off-chance that the USB port was dodgy but to no avail.
Any tips on how to fix this would be much appreciated.
