Default somebody,anybody...i need help bad!

Please,does anyone know if there is some way to retrieve sent messages that have been deleted in outlook express?this could be the difference between keeping and losing my best friend.im starting to panic,so please let me know if there is anyhope.thanx

Better solution: Go talk to your friend and explain the situation.

However, if you haven't deleted it with Shift+Del and you haven't cleared your "Deleted Items" box it should be there.

I think he wants to take a message he sent to a friend out of his/her inbox. I think you should confront your friend as soon as possible.

Yeah,If it's not in the Deleted folder in outlook im afraid you will have to confront him/her.
