Skype?

didn want to use other threads, and they were over 30 days old.
anyways, i got a psp that has Skype, and i was wondering if i can use that to text my friends, since i have to pay 20c per test on my phone.
Might kind stupid, but im pretty much a noob on these things.

I have a PSP and it's got Skype on it.
I don't use it much, I wasted the free call to test it out lol
