Default Push To Talk?

I need a push to talk program cus i wanna talk to my GF on it... getting tired of oovoo, aim hurts my fingers, right now im sitting on a vent server for CSS ptting my friends, but it would be weird to get my GF in here, plus i want it to be private. Buying my own server is out of the question, i need a free solution. Help?

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but maybe skype? (http://skype.com) it has free text/voice/video chat. If not what exactly are you looking for?

Go with Skype, I was going to say Ventrilo but you'd have to find a server. It has nice PTT.
