Pidgin - What I'm listening to?
So I use Pidgin for IMing and I want to show my buddies what I'm listening to for music. Is it possible to do that on Pidgin or is there a program that will do it for me?

you couls send the url from a internet player like skreemr tyoe the song copy the link and post.

i have terrible typos man, basically instaed of streaming the music, you could use a site like skreemr, search ths song and copy the url at the type and send that and he can listen to that on his end.

What music player software do you use? iTunes, Winamp, etc...
If you use Winamp, this Pidgin plugin will display the song info in your away message, profile, or status: http://www.pidginmusic.info/news.php This will work with most players, but will only display in your status: http://code.google.com/p/musictracker/
