Take a look in any filters she may have, see if bellsouth is black-listed.

Not sure... didn't think you could de-activate accounts.

I didn't "de-activate" it. I deleted it cuz I wasn't using it.

The problem is that when you delete/close/cancel an account on any service, your account isn't really deleted. It apparently remains in the database even though it's inaccessible, and if you decide to re-register with the same account info., the system won''t let you.
