i had the same problem so i switched to hotmail does she get an e-mail saying that it didnt send back when she trys to send ??

No. It's turned sideways.
 Anywho, it turns out she can send email, just not to bellsouth.net e-ddresses. I think she's gonna switch to Gmail. Speaking of Gmail, how do I contact them directly. I wanna re-activate an -old account. |
