Does anyone know of a program, preferably free, that allows you to have a video conferencing session between multiple people at the same time? I'm trying to find a way to communicate with family scattered around the U.S.

i think the new ichat on macs can do multi-person chats....from what i read, 3 persons with good quality video, 4 people with 3 of them not so good video......but all must have good hardware, and fast internet connections...you could also try sight speed plus for multi-person video chats...$9.95/month.
can also check out ivisit.
