Merging contacts in OUTLOOK - Please help..

Here is the problem.

I opened up my contacts folder when I had Doug on the phone. He asked me to open up his folder to get a number for him so I did. After I right clicked on Dougs name under other contacts I chose remove from other contacts. After that I went back to mine and all his and mine were combined under my contacts. As far as I know Dougs contacts are fine.

What I need is for my (about) 10 contacts to be there, and dougs (about) 100 contacts to go away.

Any suggestions? (This is kind of important)

And to your question, im not too sure sorry but maybe someone might, surely..

But all i have is, with your contacts to be together, i thought you could sign in and out, like... switching accounts somehow so it(outlook) wont just see both of your contacts together, but i doubt that would work tho.
