Msn messenger, did anyone have any security issues. Is there anyway friends on your friends list can few personal files on your computer with out sharing it in the shared folder with that friend? Is there anyway they can view your personal files without taking action for them too?

I don't believe so, MSN messenger became Windows Live and is now transferred to Skype as far as I'm aware though, if that's what you mean!
