Default Interchanging Messengers

It would be cool if you could use AIM to message some1 who had msn or something its not possible is it?
BTW do u think AIM would ever start charging?

Lol; nah. They want to keep in the Messenger Market - charging would just add more insult to their already dreadfully low amount of users who don't have AOL. Even people with AOL often use MSN.

Just use MSN

gAIM is a nifty little client that lets you do just that. And no, AOL would never start charging for their instant messanger service.

Gaim is very good, but i believe that trillian does the same, along with messenger 2
