ICQ problem

I had ICQ before and I uninstaled it. Now when I'm installing it again it says that the setup program requires an administrator's account while I'm logged in with administrator's account!? I tried this with another administarator account and it repeats...
Now I con't install it ???

What should I do?

try this it might help you out...boot up to safe mode by pressing the f8 key reapeatedly right after the computer logo dissapears..

once in safe mode, then try installing it...i find that installing stuborn software this way works good, and you don't have to turn off your AV (anti-virus) to install..

Note: depending on how you install it via: cd drive/floppy/ or from the desktop..
it might have a 30% chance it won't work..but it's the best option sometimes.
