When it says on a picture or a video or something while surfing on Firefox..it has a little puzzle piece and says click here to install plugin.. so i do and it wont work or itll say install manually which doesnt help. Is there anything i can do to make this problem totally go away, like a program i can download or anything?

Thanks alot for everyones help!
