Do they make universal language translaters for smartphones?

They don't have one for tech-support call centers... what makes you think there's going to be an actual app that works?

That's why I'm asking. I already know about chatterbots and I can talk to my phone to have it do a google search. Seems that a built-in translater would be a logical step (which Star Trek has anticipated).
