cloud computing,what questions need to be asked

Im doing a paper on cloud computing and the effects is has had on hard storage organisations.
Cant say im advanced in the industry so reaching out for some help.
I will be surveying both cloud computing and hard storage companies.
Im just wondering what people think are the questions that need to be asked.

I think one of my questions would be (What types of applications can run in the cloud ?)

read/write speed to the cloud's storage compared to internal harddrives.
how well it works while on mobil internet. (the reliability on the go)
how secure is it and is it economic.
