the new version of aim I downloaded seem to have put an unwanted aol browser on my computer, and I can't find out how to get rid of it on start up with out disabling aim on start up :(. Any help is appreciated.

i have the same prob. i have no idea where it is. its deep in the computer and prolly ill never be able to get it out because aol likes to imbed stuff...ugh *shoots aol company window out*

You could just go to program files and find the AOL folder and if you don't need anything AOL just delete the folder and when you click on the browser again, windows should say that it can't find the file and then you should be able to just delete the icon after that.

Better solution: don't use AIM.

AOL is the spawn of Satan as far as many, if not most, Internet users are concerned.
