SSD drives are i believe much faster but my honest opinion is that current SATA technology would not transfer the data fast enough

I just did a presentation on solid state drives about 3 weeks ago, and they are significantly faster because there are no moving parts, so in essence your seek time is 0.

I think 3GB/s is more than enough.

if your a gamer that is no good. They don't offer good gaming graphics cards or 64 bit vista even though you can put up to 16gb ram

I would go with voodoo pc
