Mine is just down to an acceptable usage policy, which is basically an excuse to 'throttle' the speed, the more you use it, the slower it gets. If I download a large file my connection speed is slow for the rest of the day!

I have no clue. Got Verizon Dsl. Don't download that much stuff anyway.

so that means you do have a limit - 20GB.... if you get capped/shaped after a certain amount of download that means you have a limit!

its same for me, shaping or throttling is slowed down to 64k, Still faster than normal 56k I guess

My upload and download are unlimited, but the speed isant all that great.
