At the end of the day, The rules have to upheld. As I said in our private forum, If this was a first time offense it may have been different, However the member was warned and even handed temporary bans, however even that did not work. Do any of us dislike him? No, Not at all, However this is merely 'business' if you will. I would expect the same treatment as a Mod under the same circumstances.
