what would be really funny if is they got home and it was just the box. my cousin knows osmeone who bought a xbox off ebay and it was just the box. ebay wouldnt even refund the money. i would swear but i prolly get warning for that huh? havnt read rules yet

Haha, yeah, it's called buyer beware. If that person who sold it to him posted that it was only a box (even in small text), it's perfectly legit.
