it veries by make and model. Generally, there are skrews right on, or right below the screen hinges. By undoing these you loosen the pannel right above the keyboard (where the power button and stuff usually reside) Take that pannel off and you'll see one or two skrews holding the keyboard on, just un-do these and lift up the keyboard.

I just checked out the user's manual for that laptop and I can't confirm the RAM slot positioned directly under the keyboard. In fact, it doesn't say anything about RAM slots, etc.

Maybe I read through it too fast, but not much on RAM. It can't be that difficult though. I would go ahead and buy that nice laptop. Then open the panel up to see for yourself. Even if there's just one slot easily accessible to you, just pop a 2GB module in there.

read it all just now. i cant believe they just left ram out. well they tell you where the compartment is and thats it.
