Dont mind the title, I just needed people to look in here : Well has anyone here read "In cold Blood", for my english assignment, we have to do a Connection Section, and we have to compare certain parts of the book ( the begining for me since I just started) to things in every day life. Like holcomb is a small dead part of Kansas, and many of the people there are poor. What can i compare this to?>

...I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Just out of curiosty, what grade are you in? Because if this is for highschool this has to be one of dumbest decisions your teacher could make for a book. Then again, if you are in college nevermind.

Anyways, if I think of something I'll post.

Well, im in high school, anyhow I got one. I compared it to the book "how to kill a mocking bird". It came out great so im good. But we need to do 4 of these so just keep the ideas coming...But when I do the next part I will be further in the book. All ideas are welcomed!
