Would anyone mind video guides?

Okay, I just purchased Camtasia Studio and as most of you know, I love creating guides. I think it might be easier for most people to follow a video / audio guide than just reading text, but the time involved to download them may be longer, and does anyone have any idea where I could host them for free?

If you guys are interested in video guides, please tell me..
If you prefer text guides, I'm interested as well..
