workout developing tool
I'm looking for a good program that I can input my age, weight, and that kind of stuff, along with my physical abilities, and it will create a workout schedule, and then I can update the info, and It updates the schedule. and the schedule has like: run 5 miles one day, do 20 push ups the next, bench 80 lbs 20x the next, and so forth. anyone know of such a program, or a similar program?
