lol the main purpose of the operating system is to be a terminal client.

You can have much more lightweight terminal client systems that cost alot less.

No, Starter edition is on the Vista kernels and it's more chubbier.

there is an xp starter edition too. unless this lets you open more than 3 programs at a time

This one lets you open any programs you want, ALTHOUGH, if you install it minimal or standard...no Task Manager.

Windows without task manager! That would be a painful experience.
