yay, another operating system from microsoft! Looks like I'll stick with my vista for another 3 years, and then thats out the window.

Can't wait to see how much this will slow computers down more than Vista did when it came out. Might require all new hardware. And they will probably do that labeling like they did for Windows Vista saying "Windows Vista Capable", but really that doesn't mean squat, as my laptop couldn't run it well. It was "capable" of running, but boy it was unrealistic to run Vista on that.

Correct. Vista was codenamed Longhorn before the name was revealed.
