Anyway, here is what I think we should do
1. We need at least 5 new mods.
2. We have a sticky in the social lounge where people can sign up to be mods - But only Gurus because the rest are too inexperienced and we may get people wanting to be mods with 5 posts which is bad.
3. There is a poll with about 10-20 people who have signed up that the admin/mod team are happy to be mods.
4. The 5 who have the highest score are put as mods.
6. If one person gets a crazy amount of votes like Mr.Mixx has the admin checks who voted, IP addresss ect. And resets the score accordingly.
