What's up with medicine these days?

I have been noticing, that taking medicine these days, is so horrible for you. I just watched an advertisement for some medicine that is supposse to help out with a urinating problem, and then you get like 30 more problems! Here's what you SOLVE! The urinary problem...here's what you get..

• Swealing of the breast
• A slight dependcy on the medicine
• Bloating may occur
• Diarria can occur
• Women who are or think they will become pregnaut should not take
• Vomitting may occur if on the medicine for long periods of time

So, we solve one problem, only in turn we get 6 more? What the heck is wrong with this!?
