Its been some time since someone brought his name up. Brookfield was a character to say the least. Never had problems with the man.

he was banned for a number of reasons, including double posting, banning people for no good reason, arguing all the time. abusing the system and sending members emails to their private addresses, abusing the PM system to fight with people... I'm sure that there is probably more...

it's a shame, cause I quite liked him really. (but then I never really argued with him).

I never really had any problems with him either, in fact he kind of befriended me. But I guess he sort of "went crazy" on the forum and started doing things completely out of the ordinary and breaking rules left and right (like the constant double posting). He had several run in's with a lot of members too. A lot of people didn't like him for that reason.

One unique thing I remember from him was he'd often post to "See post XX (X as a digit)."

Also was the only one whom him and I call each other by our names on the forum.
