Well if you play games like bf2 or quake 4 then yes 2gigs will make quite a difference. If you buy higher qualtiy memory then you will be able to overclock your memory better and the lower latency memory will make your programs run faster.

And about your motherboard not giving you enough voltage Im pretty sure there is no way to get more voltage out of it. You might just have to buy another motherboard. You should try going to some overclocking forums and asking there. They would probably know more about that.

id say dont spend it, put it in a bank account, and save it up for something you really need, 200 towards a car in a few years (dont have a clue how old you are... even if you arent 16/17, it would still be usefull money) dont spend it just for the hell of spending it... all my christmas money is going in a savings account to pay for a holiday next summer.
