projectors are nice. we got them at school. those are cheap ones though. i wish i had a projector. all i got is a regular hdtv. dlp thought wich i like. but for christmas iw ould like some new snowboarding gear. ive been doing it for a little while but still cant get good stuff being it never fits me a year or two later wich kinda stinks because i cant get anything nice. but so far ive gotta burton cap straps

and new snowboarding pants. next year im gonna get a new deck and new jacket and jacket. so those things are what wish for lol. and some electronics here and there and im a happy camper.

Just be happy with what you have. If you already have a HDTV, be happy because not many people can afford one.

HDTV has only just come here in the UK. No channels use it yet, and so, unless you get an XBOX 360, we won't see the advantages for a while.

A projector seems top though, though I have to wonder if these would be good playing consoles, etc where sharpness adds to detail, etc.

I realise i have moer money in my bank than I thought so I wouldn't mind money. Once the XBOX 360 problems are sorted, I might get one, though I'll be playing on a regular TV, though hopefully with a RGB Scart rather than composite... are they available? I don't think my TV has composite... it has a socket for video and 2 for audio, and an RF socket...(poor image)
