I'm going to try the 169.02 today. It is a WHQL driver released for the 8800GT (I've modified the .inf to get my card to run on it) From reports I've read elsewhere it is a top driver giving ~600 points extra in 3DMark06 so it will be interesting.

It will have to wait until after work this afternoon though.

I've installed the new beta drivers a week ago and it works fine on my ancient system. No glitch or issues--even with my 7800GT.
