on the plus side i found the "o2 treats" thing on their site. called the free number and got 20 extra minutes each month for 3 months all for free
well i had no problems with the drive and the replacement was delivered asap. its just we are having some serious communication issues right now. as long as they sort it asap then i wont hold it against them.
