Actually Communism is theoritically the best governemtn to have is you want a "perfect world". But in it's glory you have the one thing that destroys it. Greed. The government gets all the income, and someone has to divide that income up, so you get leaders who want more then others, which trhows the system off. But yes, theoritically communism is infact the ideal government to have, it's just had horrible leaders and bad countries ruling under it. Which is how come Cuba has better health care and a better educational system then the U.S. Everyone has health care and every child gets education, as well as everyone gets a house. Weird how a country no one looks up to is actually better in some aspects then the country that pretty much everyone looks to.
