Is water heavier also than standard gasoline?

I think it might be slightly heavier, but not a noticeable difference. This prototype can only go 50mph, but I bet with a little work, we could develop one that could go 250mph. First cars couldnt go 40. People thought if you went 40mph, your skin would peal off!!
