I finally got the freaking banner that came with it. No doubt, it is spyware and trojan stuff

Well that ad has some things pointing towards adult entertainment. So u prolly have some adware or spyware on ur pc. And I can imagine some porn sites putting adware and spyware to ur pc.

Just do a scan with ad-aware and see if it finds anything.

I've sent some more emails to agencies. 1 has come back saying they do not run thoseads so I'm still investigating

I get the gut feeling that one of several things is going on.
1> Your ad supplier is lying to you
2> The ad server has been hijacked.
3> Your system is being rerouted to another server that does supply those ads.
