I've got a question. Specifically to People in Florida, but maybe others will know. My friend is 17, and he turns 18 within 30 days before Election Day. The Law states you can't vote in any election within 30 days of registering to vote. Can he pre-register so he'll be able to vote, since he'll be 18 the day of the election?
