Viruses target windows update

That is kind of scary. Man, I wish I could get Linux working on my machine.
 
Wow... that's kinda freaky. But that only re-enforces the reason why i always scan for viruses before restarting after an update. Not sure if NOD would catch it, but i can hope.

Why am I not suprised about that?

Plus, I have Automatic Updates Service off and BITS as well.
 
My updates arn't compeletly off... i just have it download and if i don't want it, i don't install it.
 
Not a big deal to me, I have all my stuff backed up and I don't have a problem reformatting.
