edit: after watching it twice, it almost looks kinda fake, but still fun to watch.

yea its fake, because the fan wasn't going in the first place anyway....and why would the processor explode....

I saw this long ago. Yes, it is fake. The worst case scenario there is that it would start frying, not explode.. let alone make an explosion big enough to punch a hole in the table. Most likely a fire cracker or something.

totally fake, but sill funny. they would fry with the heatsink on if those videos were true.

yea after i burnt out my thunderbird i would run it w\o the heatsink because it would still get hot. got hot enough to melt the plastic on A\V cables wonder how hot newer CPU's would get if you took of there HSF
