What is this? A human or robot.. Look close at his arms.. 15:22 is a thunderstorm also |

Looks like a human to me, although the video must be sped up slightly, looks like he is getting battered by some strong winds or something

I don't really get what your question is. Are you watching it in 1080p? It's an astronaut on a tether and it appears the tether is pulling on him.
