i dont even get web 2.0 like whats the difference? lol, is it even a new thing, just saying that its changing?

yeah, it is more secure (internet as created to be fast, so it has some serious security flaws), and they are using ip 6 I believe it is, because they are running out of ip addresses.

wood_workur, are you thinking of IPv6? That's the one they want to widely deploy, because they are running out of addresses. Currently, we use IPv4.
Examples:
IPv4: 127.0.0.1 (32 bits long)
IPv6: 2001:0db8:0000:0000:0000:0000:1428:57ab (128 bits long)
